01 · The back office
The back office your team opens every morning, with the suite inside it.
Five screens from the product, with demo data, and the controls work. Approve a payout, lower a limit, unlock a player’s loyalty exchange, and follow the points into the wallet. On a call we open the real one.

A cash EXCHANGE is credited to the player’s main wallet and carries its wallet reference here. A store item shows its Item ID instead.
The morning number is already there. Turnover, GGR, conversion and cash, live and set against yesterday. Turnover & GGR adds up any date range you pick.
Clean payouts go in one action. What the payout rules did not clear on their own waits here for a person. Select the rows and approve them together.
One player, one record. Deposits and withdrawals, wagering left to clear, documents, limits and flags. Try the Limits tab: a lower limit holds at once, a higher one waits.
The loyalty programme, on the platform’s own customer menu. Level, points, a level-up waiting for approval and whether a player may exchange points, beside the wallet. Giselle runs the programme; the player is the same one.
Points become money in the same wallet. An exchange pays what the player’s level sets for each point, up to that level’s daily cap, and lands with its wallet reference. There is no second vendor to reconcile.
02 · The stack
One platform, the suite on it, and the parts you can take alone.
Take the whole platform, or take the layer you are missing. Everything below runs in one back office, on one player record.
- The platformDench Core
Everything a regulated brand runs on. Player accounts and payments are one third of it; content and operations are the rest, in the same back office.
- The suite, on Dench CoreGiselle V2
The CRM and gamification suite an operator otherwise buys from a second vendor, reading the same wallet and the same player.
- With a name of their ownThree modules
Named parts of the suite. Two of them are also licensed alone.
CLOE The Customer Lifecycle Orchestration Engine. Journeys from the trigger to the reward, measured against a control group, inside Giselle.IN-GRID Loyalty Several loyalty programmes at once, tiers or a free-form map. In the suite, and also licensed on its own.Jackpot Server Its own server and its own product, separately GLI certified for Bulgaria and Latvia. In the suite, and also licensed on its own. - Taken aloneWithout the platform
For the operator who keeps what they run today.
03 · Where to start
Three ways people arrive here.
What it is, the first ninety days, and how it is bought. Then a launch plan for your market, in writing.
Dench Core →02You are the one who will run it.Withdrawals, bonuses, lobby rows, site copy. Find your own screen and drive it. Your team changes them, not ours.
The Back Office →03You run CRM, and you are keeping your platform.Keep it. Run journeys, bonusing, loyalty and segmentation on top of it, live in weeks.
Giselle Cloud →04 · Standard, and ours
Every platform has a back office. Here is what is different about this one.
Standard. Here too.
- Player accounts, a multi-currency wallet, KYC and payments
- A game library, a lobby and a CMS
- Bonuses, free spins and campaigns
- Responsible-gaming limits and an audit trail
- Reports, exports and dashboards
- Roles, permissions and multi-brand
Different here.
- The CRM and gamification suite you would otherwise buy on top is in it.
Segments, journeys, messaging, bonusing, loyalty, tournaments, wheels and jackpots, in the same back office as the wallet. The engagement tool you are shopping around for is already in it, and a bonus is a wallet operation, not an integration.
- Take all of it, or the part you are missing.
Giselle Cloud runs the suite on the platform you already have. IN-GRID and the Jackpot Server are licensed on their own.
- We were the operator first.
For three years our own regulated brand, Slotino, ran on this back office, every payout through it. The business was sold in 2025, and the brand still runs on it.
- Your team runs the brand. Ours runs the technology.
Payout rules, the lobby, promotions and the site’s copy are your team’s to change, and a change is live when saved. Hosting, releases, monitoring and support stay with us.

06 · How it is bought
Four ways to take it. One price list.
Platform
You hold the licence and run the operation: marketing, support, payments relationships, compliance. We deliver and run the technology: the platform with its CRM and gamification suite, integrations, front end, hosting, releases, support. Your provider contracts or ours.
Enterprise
The platform built out to your market and your specification: dedicated environment, custom front end, features against your requirements. The way the largest accounts have been delivered for ten years.
White label
Our infrastructure end to end, run under the group’s Curaçao setup: licensing, provider contracts, payments. You bring the brand and the marketing.
Giselle Cloud
The engagement suite, journeys, loyalty, jackpots, tournaments, bonusing and the analyst, on the platform you already run.
A platform fee, a revenue share, and one-off costs for integrations and environment setup.
The mix moves with volume, and we are flexible on the model depending on the case and the size of the operation. The platform comes whole: the CRM and gamification suite and every module are in it, not a lighter edition.
To quote, we need four things
- The market you want to launch in.
- What you run on today, if anything.
- Whether the licence exists, is pending, or is the question.
- The studios and payment methods your players expect.
07 · Asked first
The three questions that arrive before the demo.
How long until we are live?
The licence sets the pace in most markets. Our part is the predictable one: once the licence, the brand design and the third-party list are settled, development and setup run one to three months, with the dates in writing.
A further brand on an installation we already run takes days.
We already have a platform. Do we have to move?
No. Giselle Cloud runs the CRM and gamification suite on the platform you have: your platform posts a stream of events to one endpoint, and rewards fire as your own bonuses.
If you do move, your player data goes into a database that is yours, with export in JSON, XML and CSV.
Whose game and payment contracts do we use?
Yours, ours or a mix. Plug in the contracts you have and keep what you negotiated, or hand every provider contract to us. Both run here.
Over 80 provider integrations are already built: 50+ game providers, 30+ payment providers, and the identity and self-exclusion services on top.
Tell us what you run today. We open the back office on it.
Launching, moving, or keeping your platform: the walkthrough starts from where you are, on demo data first, and the plan comes back in writing.
